  • Picture jumps back on Chief Karlin's wall after being knocked off when Fletch is thrown into it.


  • Fletch is looking at a picture of Sally Ann Cavanaugh and Stanwyk as Velma Stanwyk turns the pages in the photo album. When we see Fletch holding the picture for a closeup, the album's pages aren't being flipped.


  • When the dog chases Fletch out of Swarthout's office/house, the window on his car is up. After he gets into his car, he has to roll the window up to keep the dog out.
